Enterprise 03 - Solms Delta Museum.

The Solms Delta Wine Farm in Franschhoek in the Western Cape of South Africa makes history come alive in more ways than one. Their unique museum situated in an old wine cellar on the farm is also the wine tasting venue. Many years ago the cellar was a place were slaves were beaten and abused by their masters. Today the farm has a unique appeal greater than it’s award winning wines in the form of profit sharing its financial yield with all the employees on the farm. The museum bares testimony to the past but today descendants of former slaves take pride in helping to manage the farm successfully.
